Anton Stanislaus Balasingham was the chief political strategist and chief negotiator of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam or LTTE. In this show, he apologizes for LTTE killing former PM Rajiv Gandhi and requests India to be "magnanimous in putting the past behind."
