⁣A government doctor who was trapped in the war zone in Sri Lanka decided to stay with the civilian population despite the demand by his superiors to leave the area. He witnessed the horrors of the genocidal war and the complete disregard by the military for humanity. Eventually, he too became a victim and was injured and was captured by the military.
